Please write a clear and concise manner in which you would like me to create for you [the commissioner].

Do not write in a wall of text.

Please provide neat references. If [the commissioner] does not have a reference sheet of [the commissioner’s] character. Please provide clean images of your [the commissioner’s] character without shading.

I have the right to deny any commission I am not comfortable creating.

No bigoted themes or themes meant to cause harm to other groups of any kind.

Nasty and rude behavior will not be tolerated and your [the commissioner’s] commission will be canceled with a 20% service charge.

Payment:

All commissions must be paid in full up front.

I accept paypal only. You [The commissioner] will receive an invoice before I start the commission. It must be paid in full before I begin.

Turn around:

One weekend to One month depending on the complexity, and how booked I am, and how busy my life is outside of commission work. You [the commissioner] will be notified and given an estimate on when it will be complete.

The Process:

1. You [the commissioner] email me with what you would like me to create for you [the commissioner].

2. I accept the commission, tell you [the commissioner] the price.

3. You [the commissioner] accept, send me your paypal email, and I email me your paypal email address the invoice.

4. Once paid, I start on your [the commissioner’s] commission and email you [the commissioner] sketches (with a water mark). We agree on what’s sketched and I begin inking.

***Once the inking process has started there can be no changes. Small edits can be made on digital pieces only. If the colors need to be altered on the digital piece, we can work things out.***

5. I finish your [the commissioner’s] commission, and if needed send you [the commissioner’s] the tangible copy via UPS.

6. I can send work outside of the USA. There will be an extra fee for packages sent outside the USA.

I, the artist, have the right to share the artwork [the commission] on my sites/cards/brochures or display it anywhere I may need to to show other customers what I can create and other signs to promote my work.

The commissioners are allowed to:

Share the artwork wherever [the commissioner] desires, print the artwork, the right to the character/s- but can not claim they [the commissioner] drew the artwork themselves.

The commissioners are NOT allowed to:

Reproduce the work I’ve created and sell the work commercially. You [the commissioner] can not make money off my work. If you [the commissioner] were to do so there will be an extra fee (**see below). You [the commissioner] are not allowed to remove the watermark or signature on the public-sharing copy. You [the commissioner] will receive a copy with a watermark for Internet sharing, and a copy without for you [the commissioner] use for placing/printing and putting on your wall or as a wallpaper on your devices. The one you [the commissioner] can share online must have the watermark. No NTFs are allowed to be created from the art work/commission I have created for you [the commissioner]. This is out of moral obligation because of the damage it does to the environment. AI training is also prohibited. If you have any questions please feel free to ask (I promise I won’t bite your head off.)

Breaking any of these rules will get you [the commissioner] blacklisted.

**For commercial rights to work I have created for you [the commissioner] there will be a 500% extra fee of the original piece. With a commercial right you [the commissioner] are allowed to do whatever you want with the piece of art. Tldr: With this you get to make money off my work [ the commission] that I have done for you [the commissioner].

If the commissioner files a charge back against me the commissioner forfeits any and all the rights to the work I have done for the commissioner. I can also sell it as I see fit. The commissioner’s name will be posted everywhere and I will warn as many artists as I can about the commissioner. If the commissioner tries to scam me the commissioner will also receive the same treatment. I also have a right to file a complaint as I have the right to the money the commissioner gave me.

By reading this document and replying with “I have agreed to the TOS” you are agreeing to these rules as a contract.
